Week 35 training plan

The year is passing by extremely fast! Only another 17 weeks till the new year! How scary does that sound?

With that said, I should focus on the coming week and what my training focus and aims are!

My aim for the coming week is to run another PB at the Maidenhead half Marathon, having been told its a flat course I should be able to shave a minute of the current 1hr 53 PB?

Training Plan

Monday - 10 miles run

Tuesday - Run club

Wednesday - PT

Thursday - Rest

Friday - Rest

Saturday - Rest

Sunday - Maidenhead Half Marathon
