Week 2 2011 Training Plan

Monday: Jillian workout (Found this through Twitter and Facebook J)

30 seconds - jump squats
30 secs- plyo pusshups
30 seconds - dips
30 secs- hanging leg rises
3 mile run (not sure if this is or 5 times!) But I will do it at the start and finish!

Tuesday: 10k Run around Windsor

After work - upper body

Chest Flye with d/bells
Pullover with d/bells
Bent over Row with d/bells
Overhead press with d/bells
Lateral raise with d/bells
Lying triceps extension with d/bells
Bicep curls with D/bells

Wednesday: PT

Thursday: Yoga and Lower Body polymeric + interval

Friday: Rest
Saturday: Grim Challenge

Sunday:  10 mile
