I got to start making my 10k count.
In terms of times I never monitor my 10k times. Its a run myself and my running partner do as a extra weekly run to add mileage rather than focus on how we are performing over this distance!
Over the weeks I've noticed our times slip and its taking us longer by a minute or two, but it should be improvement we aim for!
This 6.5miles should be a tempo run, get some 10k race pace in! So this week the 6.5miles took me 1hr next week I want this to be 58 mins! I know two mins is a a bit ambitious but today was an usually slower run, so the 58 mins is not unobtainable!
