Week 8 2011 Training Plan

Time is really ticking away

4 weeks to Reading Half
5 weeks till Kingston Half
8 weeks till the London Marathon!

Here's week 8s plan to get me ready for my next challenge!

Monday : Lunch time Abs Class

Tuesday: Datchet Dashers - 5k Time Trail

Wednesday: Weights -all over inc some
single leg squats and lunges on bosu

Thursday: 10k (Aim is 58 mins)

Friday: PT

Saturday : Rest

Sunday: 18- 20 miles
