Tuesday: Datchet Dashers - 5k Time Trail
Wednesday: Weights -all over inc some
single leg squats and lunges on bosu
Thursday: 10k (Aim is 58 mins)
Friday: PT
Saturday : Rest
Sunday: 18- 20 miles
