Summary of Week 19 the Ups and Downs

Summary of the week - The ups and the downs

It seems like a very long week! in stead of boring you all with how my training went each day, I'm going to summarise the week as highlights and low lights.

Highlights
- My healthy eating this week! There were still a number of cakes consumed or chocolate throughout the week, but my meals were extremely healthy, esp my lunch which was a filling salad and I found I felt less hungry and tired in the afternoons!
- Seeing some weight loss! I'm now down to 9.2lbs after being 9.7lbs just before the Marathon. Just 4lbs to go which is the aim for my birthday.
- Returning to Spin! Definitely a class I will keep going to.
- Running the Beast in the East
- 4 great sessions this week inc The Beast in the East.

Low Lights
- Working long hours at work and long days in general ( 5am starts most mornings)
- Missing the club session on Tuesday
- Disappointed with my time at the Beast in the East and wondering if I could of pushed myself harder.
- Not running as many miles as last week

Overall it was a good week, time to focus on next week :)
