Its the return of weekly training plans and updates!
I did put together a post Marathon training plan which I will start to follow the week commencing May 16th ( 14th May is the Beast in the East 10k Run ) you will see the plan I dreamt up during Marathon Taper weeks in action!
We are into week 18 of the year and now my focus turns to toning, speed work and the Windsor Half Marathon in September!
I have a goal to beat my Windsor half PB of 1hr 54 this year!
Training Plan for this week
Monday - Fast 8 miles ( I was over the moon with my run today! )
Tuesday - Club run ( haven't checked the training schedule so no idea what we will be doing )
Wednesday - PT
Thursday - Rest
Friday - 7mile run and Yoga
Saturday - Rest
Sunday - 13 miles run!
I'm happy about my running and keeping up the miles each week! Hoping this will help me achieve my Half Marathon goal!
