Week 20 2011 - Summary

Monday : Fitness Yoga @ Nuffields Health Gym Reading    30 mins Cross Training


Tuesday : Spinning in the morning and the 30 mins Cross Trainung am and Wargrave 5k, 1st of the 5k Summer series club runs. Time 24mins 39secs.

Wednesday : 10k run 30mins Cross Training


Thursday : 10k run Rest

Friday : PT

Saturday :Blackpark Park Run. Time 24mins and 32secs.

Sunday : 10k run 7.5 Mile Run. Time 1hr 4mins.

So overall I had a bit of a recovery at the beginning of the week, and didnt really stick to my plan.
In terms of highlights this week, I loved every bit of the 5k Club run on Tuesday and my first Park run on Saturday. I'm already excited about my next 5k club run and Park run!

Legs are pretty knackered right now, following my 7.5mile run this morn, must be down to the two fast 5k runs i did this week.
