Week 19 Plan

Monday - Sporting Circuits @ Nuffield Gym ( If I wake on time)

Tuesday - Club run

Wednesday - PT

Thursday - 8 miles run

Friday - Rest

Saturday - Beast in the East! This will be fun! No time in mind, just will enjoy myself!

Sunday - Rest

Keeping things light and easy this week so I'm recovered enough for the Beast in the East on Saturday. This is part of the Grim Challenge series, with the theme this time being the ' down hills are as bad as the up hills.'
