Tuesday: 6.30am Spinning Class at Nuffields Gym.
I find this a great cardio alternative to running!
Wednesday: 10k Run
Thursday: Personal Training Session
Friday: Boby Balance Class

Saturday: 10 mile run in Windsor
Sunday: Rest
